DOT/CDL Physical Examinations
Our FMCSA National Registry–listed Certified Medical Examiner performs complete DOT physicals with same-day Medical Examiner’s Certificates for qualifying drivers.
USCIS Immigration Medical Exams
As a USCIS Civil Surgeon designated location, we complete Form I-693 immigration medical examinations including required vaccinations, TB testing, and serological testing.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
We provide DOT-regulated and non-DOT drug testing with chain-of-custody procedures and MRO-reviewed results within 24–48 hours. Fully integrated with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services
Our MRO-certified physician provides independent medical review of drug test results as required for DOT-regulated testing programs.
Employment Physicals & Screening
We offer pre-employment physicals, functional capacity evaluations, vision and hearing baseline testing, respirator clearance examinations, and annual occupational health surveillance.
USCG Merchant Mariner Physicals
We complete USCG CG-719K physical examination forms for Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) applicants.
Asbestos & Demolition Physicals
